These O-rings are designed for the four solenoid valves of the VANOS system in the BMW S85 engine. The solenoid valves regulate oil pressure for variable camshaft timing and are essential for proper engine operation. Worn or damaged seals can cause pressure loss, leading to incorrect valve operation and reduced VANOS performance. We supply new high-quality Viton seals to ensure reliable sealing and long service life.

This pump motor for the M5 and M6 SMG III is a high-quality replacement part, made in Germany, and specifically designed for the extreme demands of the SMG system. It is ideal for demanding drivers with a sporty driving style that involves frequent gear shifts and high stress on the system. The pump motor comes with the original connector, making it a plug & play replacement for the original part. The set includes not only the pump motor but also all the parts needed for the replacement:

Clutch Solenoid Valve BMW E60 M5 E63 M6 SMG III
The clutch solenoid valve is located next to the pump at the driver’s side of the gearbox and is responsible for the clutch actuation of the SMG system. A faulty valve can cause problems while engaging the clutch (for example shuttering) and in consequence the car refuses to change gears. This is a factory-new spare part.
Hydraulic Pump Internal Gears BMW E60 M5 E63 M6 SMG III
The internal gears of the hydraulic pump tend to wear mechanically and as a result the pump can no longer build up pressure. Our set includes new gears and metal seals that exactly match the original specifications and restore the function of the pump.
