Our kit comprises new gears and metal seals precisely crafted to meet the original specifications, thereby restoring the pump’s functionality. During the gear pump overhaul, we strongly advise replacing the seals, conveniently available here.

Transmission Speed Sensor BMW E46 M3 SMG II
This sensor provides the speed signal of the transmission input shaft. The speed signal is required by the SMG control unit to control the transmission system, adjusting properly the shaft speeds before engaging and disengaging the different gears.

Intake Manifold Clamps BMW E46 M3 SMG II
This set contains 6 clamps for the intake manifold of the S54 engine. To access the SMG hydraulic unit, the intake manifold must be removed. Unlike the original clamps, the parts we offer are made of a more resistant material and are reusable.
Pump Relay BMW E46 M3 SMG II
The pump relay is responsible to turn on / off the hydraulic pump of the SMG system. A broken relay causes the pump to fail priming. Without hydraulic pressure, the system cannot engage the clutch or change gears.
